2011 High School Soccer College Night

Are you or do you know of a High School Soccer Player interested in continuing to play in College?   Then this message is for you!

Middlepath FC will be conducting a High School Soccer College Night on Sunday October 23, 2011 at 7PM at Arlington High School.  The program will focus on the Junior and Senior athlete, but it's never too soon to start learning the ropes, so Freshman and Sophomores are encouraged to attend also.  Mom's and Dad's this information will help you help your player in their college search so we highly recommed that you all attend.

Our panel of College Coaches, from Div I / II / III institutions will discuss what it is that is important to them and their peers.  Learn from those that work selecting players day in and day out.

The session will include a Powerpoint overview and a Q&A panel Discussion that will focus on areas of:
  • Identifying Priorities {Size / Location / Cost / Athletic Program / etc.}
  • School Options
  • Timelines
  • NCAA Elegibility
  • Unofficial vs. Official Visits
  • Grades - GPA / ACT-SAT / Class Rank
  • Scholarship / Financial Aid facts
  • Communicating with the Coach
  • Getting noticed - College Showcases & Tournaments / Camps / Video-DVD
The session will be conducted at Arlington High School in the LGI (Large Group Instruction Room).  See the map below for the area of the school to enter.
